  • Free Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Mods Note: We ship worldwide (except parts of Asia and select remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees – as unpredictable as British weather.

Returns & Exchanges

While we carefully curate our mod-inspired collection for quality and style (as you’d expect from a store offering authentic Beatle hats and vintage bowling shoes), we understand that sometimes an exchange or return might be necessary.

Our Returns Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. Returns must meet these conditions:

  • Items in original condition with all tags attached
  • Footwear must be tried on clean surfaces only
  • Original packaging included where possible

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Granny Glasses
  • All other headwear/eyewear
  • All sale items (as permanent as a mod’s commitment to style)
